About Us - We are Damon & Jamie Martin
C.E.M. is named in honor of my father, Clarence E. Martin. We carry his legacy forward by creating beautiful, welcoming spaces where families can make lasting memories.
Properties
We offer three waterfront cabins on Cobscook Bay in North Lubec (Seward Neck), as well as an additional property in downtown Lubec on Lower Water Street, located across from Stockford Park and next to the bridge to Campobello Island. Each cabin is just a short walk from the others, yet still offers privacy thanks to the surrounding woods and its own path to the beach. To book all three cabins, reach out to us through VRBO, and we’ll help you find dates that work for larger groups.
Our focus is simple: we choose locations we truly love and share them with others. We offer unmatched hospitality, modern amenities, and a pristine natural setting—so you can relax, unwind, and just be you.
Property Manager Availability
Our property manager, Carla Savage, lives in the area and is always available should you have questions or need any assistance.
Amenities
We offer pet friendly, Spectrum 200 mbps high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchens with utensils, new bedding, white fluffy hotel towels, screened in porches, grills, etc. Please go to vrbo.com to see every amenity and some great pictures too!

The Americana and Lighthouse cabins are a short walk from the beach.
The Mainely cabin overlooks the beach.
The beach is secluded.
Pets welcome — including large dogs (no weight limit).
Six miles from the three cabins to downtown Lubec, ME.
Twelve miles from the three cabins to Quoddy Head Lighthouse.
Seven miles from the Lower Water Street home to Quoddy Head Lighthouse.
The Lower Water Street home is adjacent to a summer live-music venue and within walking distance of restaurants, the 1.2-mile Mowry Beach, the Fisherman's Pier, the Lost Fisherman's Memorial, the Veterans Memorial, the Lubec Historical Society, an Irish pub, the Lubec Brewing Company, and a fresh lobster market.
For travelers flying into Bangor, Lubec is approximately a 2.5-hour drive.
